Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced high-end product welder fabricator to build and finish precision products to demanding quality standards and quick production. This hands-on role involves interpreting technical drawings, preparing materials, welding and machining components, and completing assemblies. The ideal candidate brings solid mechanical knowledge, careful attention to detail, and the ability to work safely with a range of fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

- Ability to work motivated and alone building high end fire pits, high end commercial signage, and new products as we develop them. Must work efficiently and take clear direction.

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other fabrication documents.

- Measure, mark, cut, fit, and prepare materials using calipers, hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.

- Perform high-quality MIG welding and TIG welding on components and assemblies.

- Use plasma cutting equipment, a press brake machine, and machining tools to shape and finish parts.

- Assemble fabricated products and verify fit, alignment, and finish against specifications.

- Support manufacturing work involving ductwork and, where applicable, construction-related fabrication.

- Move and position materials safely using rigging methods, a forklift, or a crane, as trained and authorized.





- Apply basic math to measurements, layouts, material calculations, and quality checks.

- Maintain an orderly work area, inspect tools and equipment, and follow established safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

- Very high quality Mig welding

- Very strong clean up skills

- Demonstrated experience in welding and product fabrication, preferably on high-end or precision work.

- Practical experience with MIG welding, TIG welding, blueprint reading, and schematics.

- Familiarity with machining, calipers, plasma cutting, and press brake machine operation.

- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, along with sound mechanical knowledge and basic math skills.

- Ability to perform assembly work and handle materials safely.

- Rigging, crane, and forklift experience is an asset; required equipment must be operated only when properly trained and authorized.

- Must be experienced in high end decor and signage production

- Must have high production and passion for the job

- Must be willing to include weekends and extra time if on a deadline

- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to producing quality work safely.

Pay: $5,000.00 per month
