We're Hiring | Field Operations Supervisor – Winnipeg, MB

Marr Industrial Coatings is growing, and we're looking for an experienced construction qualified to join our leadership team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being in the field, leading crews, solving problems, and keeping projects moving.

This isn't a position where you'll be sitting behind a desk all day. You'll be working across multiple commercial and industrial job sites, coordinating crews, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring projects are completed safely and to a high standard.

What we're looking for:

- Experience supervising crews in construction, concrete, asphalt, restoration, flooring, or related trades
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and can work independently
- A hands-on leader who understands what it takes to get the job done





Experience with epoxy flooring or industrial coatings is an asset, but not a requirement. We're happy to teach the technical side to the right person.

What we offer:

- $35–$42/hour, depending on experience
