We are looking for a positive, energetic and dedicated individuals to fill the role of FOH Associate to help provide a unique and memorable experience to all of our guests at our 489 College St location.

Overview The FOH Associate position is responsible for providing consistently high-levels of customer service to all guests from when they first enter the space until their departure. This includes greeting guests, introducing the brand concept, space and staff, maintaining a strong working knowledge of all menu items, and providing game recommendations and rule clarifications based on the guests’ needs and requests. Availability will be required Thursday-Sunday and this position will be for 24-40 hours a week.

Even though this position will mainly focus on serving, there is room for possible bar / barista shifts so any relevant experience will be an asset.

Duties

- Welcome guests to the space in a warm, positive and skilled manner
- Introduce the guests to the brand concept, space, staff and key policies
- Taking food and beverage orders, while making suggestions or providing assistance
- Deliver food and beverages, in a qualified courteous manner, to all tables
- Assist customers with games selection and rules whenever needed/possible
- Periodically check in on all guests to ensure food and beverage quality throughout their meal
- Clear plates, glasses and utensils once guests have finished their meals,



assist other FOH Support staff in clearing tables
- Ensure flow of service through high volume periods, making sure reservations are set
- Facilitate guest intake to the waitlist as needed while communicating with guests an estimate of expected wait times
- Contacting guests on the waitlist when a table becomes available for them
- Answering the phone in a polite and curious manner and assisting any guests needs or reservation requests over the phone
- Ensuring all cleaning, stocking, pre and post shift tasks are completed as delegated by management
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by managers or supervisors
