Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Construction Safety Officers and Occupational First Aid Attendants (Advanced) with valid certification. The successful candidates will provide health & safety leadership, mentorship and guidance to site operations and workers.
Key Responsibilities and Duties :
- Stay updated on occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining relevant certifications;
- Monitor and enhance safety by tracking issues,
maintaining records of incidents, and suggesting improvements;
- Inspect workplaces to ensure equipment, materials and production processes do not present a safety hazard to employees or the general public.
- Develop, implement and evaluate health and safety programs and strategies.
- Ensure safe work practices are followed on site.
- Review and approve safety equipment purchases.
- Provide site orientations to new workers/ visitors.
- Take appropriate action to correct unsafe acts or conditions.
- Provide first aid services to all personnel on site.
Schedule : Full time, Part-time, On-call (Depending on market needs)
Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
