Smile Squad Kids Dental is looking for a friendly, energetic, organized, and enthusiastic Orthodontic Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team!

We are a busy, pediatric dental practice dedicated to creating positive dental experiences for children, teenagers, and their families. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and families with a warm, friendly, and skilled attitude.
- Coordinate orthodontic appointments, consultations, follow-ups, and treatment schedules.
- Manage a orthodontic schedule to ensure efficient patient flow and minimize scheduling gaps.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Explain orthodontic treatment plans, fees, payment arrangements, and insurance information to families.
- Assist with orthodontic treatment contracts, financial arrangements, and payment collection.
- Submit insurance estimates and predeterminations, and assist families with insurance-related questions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the practice management software.
- Work closely with our orthodontist, clinical team, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.

Qualifications & Skills





- Previous dental reception experience is strongly preferred; orthodontic experience is a significant asset.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Comfortable discussing treatment fees, insurance coverage, and financial arrangements with patients.
- A positive attitude and genuine enjoyment of working with children, teenagers, and families.
