We is currently hiring Production Operators for our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Markham.

We have multiple openings for Manual Operators, Machine Operators, and Folder Operators across afternoon and night shifts.

For Folder Operator positions: Previous experience with MBO or BAUM folding equipment or digital printing operations is preferred.

Location: Markham, ON
Job Type: Full-time | Multiple Openings
Salary: $17.95–$25.00 per hour plus shift premium
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

- Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.




- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Handle, organize, and prepare materials for production.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Follow workplace safety, security, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred.
- Experience operating printing, folding, inserting, or packaging machinery is an asset.
- Basic computer and mathematical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs, depending on the position.
- Must be available for the assigned shift.
