Job Overview

- We are seeking a friendly, dependable Cashier/Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and support daily retail operations.
- The role combines accurate cashiering with sales-floor assistance, product recommendations, and merchandising.
- Retail sales or technology sales experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with technical sales experience, product demonstration skills, or bilingual and multilingual abilities are encouraged to apply.
- This is a paid position. Applicants should be comfortable communicating in English with customers and coworkers.

Duties

- Welcome customers, learn what they need, and provide attentive, helpful service.
- Operate the POS system, process purchases and returns, and handle cash and other transactions accurately.
- Use basic math to verify totals, payments, and change.
- Explain product features, answer questions, and conduct product demos when appropriate, including for technology products.
- Recommend relevant products and use thoughtful upselling to help customers find suitable options.
- Stock, organize, and merchandise products; maintain clean, orderly displays and sales areas.




- Answer customer calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate person when needed.
- Coordinate with coworkers to support store operations and create a positive customer experience.

Skills

- Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills.
- Cashiering, cash handling, and POS experience, or the ability to learn these tasks.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Clear English communication; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Interest or experience in retail sales, technology sales, technical sales, and product demos is an advantage.
- Merchandising and product organization skills.
- Skilled phone etiquette.
- Effective time management, organization, and reliability.
- A courteous, customer-focused approach and willingness to work collaboratively.
- Timings from 6pm - 2am.
- Must have reliable mode of transport

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
