We’re looking for a strong, hands-on Team Leader who takes pride in running a great shift, developing people, and delivering a fast, friendly guest experience. - Lead shifts from open to close, keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
- Train, coach, and motivate your team to deliver consistent quality and outstanding service
- Set the standard for food safety, cleanliness, and health regulations
- Manage cash handling, end-of-day reporting, and bank deposits
- Support inventory counts, ordering, and receiving
- Help build schedules and manage labour to meet business goals
- Coordinate and deliver catering orders
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Build a positive, accountable, team-first culture

What You Bring

- Previous supervisory or leadership experience; quick-service restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience is an asset
- Food safety certification (e.g., FOODSAFE Level 1)

- Willing to travel locally for bank deposits and catering deliveries (by public transit, rideshare, or your own vehicle; a car is not required)
- Open availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
- Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm and organized when things get busy
