We’re Hiring! Experienced Prep & Line Cook

We’re looking to add a strong, experienced Prep & Line Cook to our Back of House team at Boulevard Grill.

We run a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen with a supportive, team-first environment. Our crew works hard, communicates well, and takes pride in the food we put out.

At Boulevard, quality and consistency matter. Much of our menu is prepared in-house, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, pays attention to the details, and can maintain the standards our customers have come to expect.

This position involves balancing daily food preparation with working the lunch line. We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage both responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and keep things running smoothly throughout their shift.

The Right Fit Will Have:

Minimum 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience

Strong food preparation and knife skills

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

Ability to confidently work the line while maintaining daily prep responsibilities

Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and maintain consistent food quality

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay ahead of kitchen needs

Strong communication skills and a team-first mentality





Knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety

Reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic

A positive attitude and genuine pride in their work

Must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays
