Job Overview

Franco’s Callingwood is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service. This role supports the kitchen and front-of-house team by maintaining sanitary dishwashing and food-preparation areas in a busy restaurant environment. Restaurant, kitchen, or other hospitality experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn and work as part of a team is valued.

Duties

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and food-service equipment.

- Keep dishwashing areas, kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage spaces clean and orderly.

- Sort and put away clean items so they are available to the team during service.

- Assist with basic food preparation and other kitchen tasks as directed.

- Follow food-handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

- Support cooks, servers,



and other team members to help maintain an productive service flow.

- Report equipment issues or low supplies to the appropriate team member.

Qualifications

- Ability to work reliably, stay organized, and maintain a clean work area.

- Comfortable working on your feet and handling the pace of a restaurant kitchen.

- Willingness to follow instructions and established food-safety and cleaning practices.

- Restaurant experience, kitchen experience, or food service experience is an asset.

- Familiarity with food handling, food preparation, or cooking is helpful.

- Serving or hotel experience and a background in hospitality are also welcome.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
