Support recovery with counselling and crisis intervention as a Concurrent Disorders Counsellor serving London and St. Thomas, Ontario. This full-time, permanent counsellor provides client-centered, recovery-focused support within a multidisciplinary team.

You will address co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns through intake, screening, assessment and counselling. The work also includes treatment planning, case management and follow-up across onsite, home, community and virtual settings.
