Banff Park Lodge Collection operates 3 hotel properties – Banff Park Lodge, Bow View Lodge, and Peaks Hotel & Suites. We also operate 2 restaurants – La Terrazza and Crave Mountain Grill. Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all items are served according to company guidelines, Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring orders are correct and meet service expectations.

Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and elevate to management when necessary, Prepare tables for current guests by cleaning and resetting as per restaurant policies, Operate all restaurant equipment safely and efficiently, following operational guidelines, Follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures at all times, especially when handling food and beverages, Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.
