Lead afternoon warehouse operations at Crane Supply using shipping coordination, staff supervision, and detailed order management. This full time role works from 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM.

Supply distributes pipe, valves, fittings, and piping accessories across Canada.

The Warehouse

Supervisor oversees receiving and shipping activities, supports customer needs, and coordinates staff, equipment, and daily priorities. In-person collaboration is an important part of the team culture.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise shift operations and ensure customer orders are completed Schedule next-day trucks, runs, and staging lanes Ensure orders are picked, shipped safely, and ready on time Coordinate loading of inside trucks before shift completion Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse operations Requirements: Three years of warehousing or distribution experience Two years of supervisory experience, preferably union-based Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure Computer skills and post-secondary education preferred Apply warehouse supervision, shipping coordination, and staff planning expertise to support Crane Supply customers during afternoon operations.
