Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our energetic team in a lively hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting, providing exceptional dining and drinking experiences to our guests. Prior experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet service is highly valued. The position involves serving food and beverages, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining food safety standards.

Duties

- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Provide attentive and friendly customer service to enhance guest experience
- Mix and serve drinks responsibly as a bartender, adhering to all alcohol service laws
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables efficiently
- Upsell menu items to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly





Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and making change accurately
- Experience working in nightclubs or catering environments is desirable
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the venue's hours of operation
