Duties

- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and order accuracy
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Assist with food preparation when needed,
supporting overall restaurant operations during busy periods
- Follow all health regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
