Lead TD’s global executive protection strategy from Toronto, directing North American operations, protective intelligence, and cross-border risk management.

As Assistant Vice President, Executive Protection, you will oversee enterprise-wide services across Canada and the United States. The mandate includes protective operations, travel risk management, secure transportation logistics, and residential security assessments. You will lead specialists and contracted assets supporting TD’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, and Senior Executive Team.

This role reports to the Senior Vice President and Head of Enterprise Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities: Direct North American executive protection strategy and program governance

Lead primary and advance protective details for designated executives

Oversee secure ground, aviation,



and motorcade transportation logistics

Coordinate threat assessments and discreet risk mitigation strategies

Maintain law enforcement and internal stakeholder liaison networks

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in security-related or relevant discipline

Ten-plus years of progressive protective leadership experience

Five-plus years directing enterprise-scale executive protection operations

Cross-border security experience across Canada and the United States

Exceptional executive presence, communication, and operational judgment
