About Jerico

Jerico Sportswear is a Canadian clothing manufacturer producing quality basics, including T-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies. We serve wholesale and retail customers, combining Canadian manufacturing with a modern design aesthetic.

We’re looking for a creative, organized and proactive person to help maintain and improve our product imagery, Shopify Plus website, email marketing and social media.

This is a hands-on role in a small business. Alongside creative work, you’ll assist with customer service, order entry and inventory accuracy. You should enjoy variety, take pride in the details and be comfortable taking a task from start to finish.

Product photography and image creation

- Photograph garments and create flatlay images that accurately reflect product colours, fit and details.
- Edit images in Photoshop to meet website standards, including grey backgrounds and 2000 × 2500-pixel dimensions.
- Assist with photoshoot preparation, styling and model selection.
- Review and improve existing product imagery.

Website and ecommerce

- Maintain Shopify product images, descriptions, homepage banners and other content.
- Keep product pages accurate, complete and consistently formatted.
- Measure garments, create size charts and help coordinate fit testing.

Email marketing and social media

- Create and schedule weekly mobile-friendly email campaigns for wholesale and retail customers.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram, aiming for daily posts and organic growth, and help launch TikTok.
- Develop content showcasing our products,



manufacturing process and Canadian-made story.

Customer service and operations

- Respond to routine inquiries about shipping, returns, sizing and availability.
- Enter retail orders into our Lotus Notes ERP system.
- Count limited-edition and low-stock inventory, investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate ERP and Shopify records.
- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements.

What we’re looking for

- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual judgment, image-editing skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, experience with Shopify, and familiarity with AI tools.
- Experience creating email campaigns and social media content.
- Clear communication and a helpful, professional approach to customers.
- Strong organization, accuracy and initiative, with a willingness to handle both creative and routine operational work.

Two or more years of relevant experience is preferred. Apparel, product photography or small ecommerce experience is an asset. Basic HTML is helpful; advanced coding is not required. Training on our products and internal systems will be provided.
