Overview

- We are seeking a dependable Griller and POS Operator to prepare meals, serve guests, and process orders in a fast-paced food-service environment.

- This hands-on role combines cooking, food preparation, and customer service. The successful candidate will help maintain an efficient kitchen and a welcoming experience for every guest.

- Follow established procedures for cleanliness, food handling, and food safety.

Duties

- Grill and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and guest requests.

- Assist with meal preparation, including gathering ingredients, preparing sides, and keeping the station stocked.

- Take and enter orders accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system; process transactions and answer basic menu questions.

- Provide friendly, timely serving and food-service support, including packaging orders and coordinating with team members.

- Handle ingredients and prepared foods safely, following hygiene, temperature-control,



and cross-contamination prevention practices.

- Clean and sanitize cooking equipment, work surfaces, utensils, and dining or service areas as assigned.

- Monitor supplies and communicate when ingredients or other items need replenishing.

- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team during busy periods.

Experience

- Food service experience is preferred; restaurant experience is an advantage.

- Previous kitchen experience with grilling, cooking, or food preparation is helpful but not required.

- Familiarity with POS systems, food handling, and food safety practices is a plus.

- Candidates should be reliable, attentive to detail, comfortable working in a rapid-paced food industry setting, and willing to learn.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.0 per week
