This Project

Manager leads moderate-to-large initiatives across Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Procurement, and external partners. The work spans requirements, integrated planning, risk management, process improvement, financial tracking, testing, change management, and stabilization. It supports plan sponsor and plan member experiences, service performance, operational effectiveness, workforce readiness, and measurable perks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead initiatives through planning, implementation, stabilization, and benefits realization
- Establish governance, decision logs, risk registers, and executive reporting
- Coordinate requirements, testing, training, communications, and cutover




- Implement process improvement, digitization, automation, data, and AI opportunities
- Coordinate vendor deliverables, risks, dependencies, and contractual obligations Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in business, operations, finance, technology, or related discipline
- Five or more years leading complex projects or transformation initiatives
- Experience in Group Benefits operations or benefits administration
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification
