Job Summary

Haidilao is seeking a dependable dishwasher to help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service. This hands-on role supports the restaurant team by maintaining a steady supply of clean dishes and kitchen equipment and following food-safety and sanitation practices. Restaurant, kitchen, or food service experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn and work as part of a team is essential.

Responsibilities

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and food-preparation equipment.
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and keep the dish area clean and orderly.
- Sort and store clean items in their designated locations, and promptly restock kitchen and service areas.
- Remove waste, clean sinks and work surfaces, and follow established sanitation procedures.
- Assist with basic food preparation or other kitchen tasks when needed and trained to do so.




- Follow food-handling, hygiene, and workplace safety practices.
- Communicate with kitchen and service staff to support smooth restaurant operations.

Skills

- Attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen and cooperate with a team.
- Willingness to learn secure food handling, cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
- Restaurant experience, kitchen experience, food preparation, cooking, or food service experience is a plus.
- Experience with serving, hospitality, or hotel operations is also welcome.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
