Lead facilities management across Rodeo FX’s three Montréal studios, using workplace planning and project coordination skills in a hands-on role. Support functions work from the studio at least four days weekly. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Facilities and Real Estate ensures welcoming, functional, protected, and well-maintained spaces.

You will lead the Montréal facilities team, coordinate service providers, and deliver fit-out, renovation, and relocation projects. The role also supports other studios and real estate oversight.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, organization, presentation, and safety across three Montréal sites Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, incidents, and emergency responses Lead workplace improvement, fit-out, renovation,



and relocation projects Manage contractors, designers, architects, landlords, and service providers Prepare updates, budgets, timelines, and real estate recommendations Requirements: Relevant facilities, building operations, or workplace management experience Experience supervising teams and coordinating contractors or service providers Ability to assess quotes, monitor budgets, and verify quality Practical building maintenance understanding and hands-on approach French and English communication proficiency Bring facilities leadership, workplace planning, and project delivery expertise to Rodeo FX’s Montréal studio network.
