Maintain product data, technical specifications, catalogues, and supporting sales documentation.

Evaluate product profitability, sales performance, inventory requirements, and portfolio opportunities. Sales & Business Development Provide product expertise and technical support throughout the sales process. Prepare and deliver product presentations, training sessions, and customer-facing sales initiatives.

Technical

Expertise & Customer Support Serve as the internal product expert for door hardware and related builders’ hardware solutions. Assist customers and sales representatives in identifying appropriate products and resolving technical challenges.



Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to address product questions, quality concerns, and application requirements.

Proven experience in product management, preferably within the door hardware, builders’ hardware, architectural hardware, or related industries. Strong sales skills and a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, influence buying decisions, and drive commercial results.

Experience working within industrial distribution, wholesale distribution, or a related B2B channel. Strong technical competence, including the ability to understand product specifications, applications, and customer requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical skills, with an understanding of pricing, margins, sales performance, and product profitability. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of projects and delivering measurable results. Based in, or willing to work from, the Kitchener-Waterloo area, with flexibility for occasional customer and supplier travel as required.
