Provide person-centred care as a Registered Health Care Aide with Bayshore HealthCare in Victoria and Sidney. Support daily living, mobility, and transfers. This casual position provides supplemental staffing support within healthcare settings across the Victoria/Sidney area. You will follow established care plans, policies, and procedures while working collaboratively with healthcare teams. Shifts may include days, overnights, and extended schedules based on operational needs.
