Provide direct personal care at Youville Home in St. Albert, supporting clients through daily living assistance and health-status monitoring. As a Health Care Aide, you work under nursing supervision and within regulatory standards, legislation, and your scope of practice. You collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, follow documented care plans, and complete assigned or delegated tasks. Your care supports clients’ physical, emotional, psychosocial, and behavioural well-being.
