Lead healthcare parking operations for Impark in Vancouver, using multi-site leadership and client relationship management across complex facilities. This full-time position requires local candidacy. As Director of Healthcare Services, you will oversee Impark’s largest portfolio across hospital and medical campus operations.

The work combines distributed team leadership, safety compliance, financial oversight, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement. You will report to the General Manager while coordinating operational improvements across healthcare sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead managers and supervisors across numerous healthcare facilities
- Monitor safety, service quality, staffing, compliance, and incidents




- Review operating reports and oversee maintenance projects
- Develop healthcare parking technologies and operational solutions
- Build strategic relationships with health authority stakeholders Requirements:
- Five or more years managing multi-site operations
- Experience leading large, distributed teams
- Solid communication and client engagement skills
- Financial acumen reviewing P&Ls; and performance metrics
