Support Sandvik Mining’s underground drilling equipment from Winnipeg with expertise in hydraulic systems, electronic systems, and customer training.

This Product Technical Specialist position provides technical support for ITH Drills across internal teams and external customers. You will train personnel in digitalized and automated underground mining environments, support product use, and develop technical competencies. The work includes customer-facing technical problem solving and equipment expertise.

Key Responsibilities: Train sales teams and customers on underground drilling equipment

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support

Commission, install, test, and maintain equipment and systems





Troubleshoot complex problems and develop innovative solutions

Recommend products or equipment upgrades meeting customer needs

Requirements: Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment certification

Five years of technical experience

Proficiency with hydraulic and electronic systems

Solid investigation, diagnostic, and customer relations skills

Ability to work underground and travel approximately 60% of the time
