Magil Construction seeks an experienced superintendent with at least five years supervising high-rise projects. You will lead construction from structure and envelope through building systems, finishes, phased occupancy, and turnover. Solid drawing interpretation, scheduling, safety, and communication skills are essential for coordinating the project team.

Key Responsibilities: Lead daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and personnel

Manage short-term schedules, logistics, and trade sequencing

Resolve progress issues, delays, conflicts, and constructability concerns
