Drive high-volume recruitment for CGL as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, using sourcing and screening expertise in a hybrid model with two office days. As a regular full time Human Resources advisor, you will partner with hiring managers and workforce planning specialists. You will support contact center hiring, build talent pipelines, and use Indeed, LinkedIn, and data analytics.

The work focuses on candidate recommendations, objective interviews, assessments, diversity, and employer branding.
