As the Bell Desk & Valet Supervisor, you will lead by example in delivering warm, personalized, and anticipatory service to guests upon arrival and departure.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the bell desk, valet, and door staff to ensure efficiency, guest satisfaction, and adherence to Fairmont's luxury service standards.

Position Type: Permanent Start Date: January 2027 Ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences for guests, including luggage assistanceand valet parking. Coordinate and monitor shuttle schedules and routes to local areas. Ensure proper logging of vehicle keys and accurate valet ticketing procedures.
