Role Description

This is Part time and Casual, on-site Housekeeper role located just 32km from Downtown Kelowna, BC at LaCasa Resort. The Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring vacation rental properties are well-maintained, clean, and ready for guest arrivals. Daily tasks include cleaning and sanitizing rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens; making beds; replenishing supplies; and attending to laundry needs.

Additionally,



the Housekeeper will play a role in maintaining inventory and reporting any maintenance needs to the appropriate team members to ensure the properties are in excellent condition for guests.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Laundry and Organization skills to effectively maintain a clean and ordered setting.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Ability to provide or participate in Training sessions related to cleaning protocols and safety standards.
- Attention to detail and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or similar roles is an asset.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Have a valid BC drivers License
