We’re looking for experienced Operations Managers to own a large regional portfolios in Alberta. Lead, coach and develop Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers to hit monthly, quarterly and annual productivity and performance targets Own your region’s budgets: build quarterly and annual forecasts, review monthly P&Ls;, and control costs to stop revenue leakage Track site KPIs and turn the data into action on productivity, client satisfaction and service quality Build long-term client relationships and take part in new contract negotiations Hire, onboard and train site leadership, and oversee new-hire training across your region Make sure every location is properly staffed,
