Lead hands-on human resources and payroll operations at Kooy Brothers Equipment Ltd., supporting managers and employees across the organization. Apply practical judgment while maintaining accurate HRIS and payroll processes. As an experienced HR Manager, you will serve as the primary HR resource for Kooy Brothers.

The role combines employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, compliance and health and safety support. You will advise managers, manage Humi records and process weekly payroll accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coach managers through performance, attendance and conduct matters
- Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, references and offers
- Own onboarding, employee records and offboarding requirements




- Process weekly payroll and investigate pay discrepancies
- Maintain policies, compliance and health and safety records Requirements:
- Five or more years of progressive HR generalist experience
- Solid knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and HR practices
- Independent payroll processing and accurate record-keeping experience
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR administration
