Key Responsibilities: Interpret 14 collective agreements and company policies Guide disciplinary matters and employee relations issues Manage grievances and collaborate with union representatives Prepare arbitration cases and coordinate legal counsel Train managers on agreements, policies, and procedures Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field Minimum five years’ progressive unionized labour relations experience Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation Solid English and French communication skills CHRP designation strongly preferred Bring unionized labour relations, policy guidance, and bilingual stakeholder partnership to Swissport Canada’s corporate human resources team.
