Support Saand plant teams as a Human Resources Business Partner using employee relations and performance management expertise in office in Etobicoke. This 18-month fixed-term contract reports to the HR Director and supports salary and hourly employees across manufacturing locations. You will coach leaders, address attendance and conduct matters, and help apply HR policies consistently. The role also supports safety, staffing, retention, and leave management.

Key Responsibilities: Coach leaders on employee relations, performance, attendance, and conduct Support workplace investigations and consistent HR policy application Partner on safety communications, training, and follow-up Monitor workforce trends and recommend practical next steps Visit plants and implement HR programs across locations Requirements: Five or more years of foundational HR experience Manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse HR experience preferred Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field CHRP designation, active progress, or continuous HR education Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ADP Workforce Now Bring practical employee relations, HRIS, and workforce support skills to Saand’s on-site manufacturing operations in Etobicoke.
