We are seeking a dedicated Parts Loader and Machine Operator to join our clients manufacturing team. Duties

- Load raw materials and parts accurately into CNC machines such as milling machines, lathes, and press brakes using hand tools and forklifts when necessary.
- Operate CNC equipment following programmed instructions,
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files to ensure precise machining.
- Conduct quality inspections using calipers, gauges, and other measurement tools to verify dimensions and adherence to specifications.
- Assist in assembly processes when required, ensuring components meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse or manufacturing floor.
- Support packaging operations by preparing finished products for shipment.
- Use hand tools for minor repairs or adjustments on machinery or parts.

Requirements

- Proven experience with manufacturing machinery including CNC milling machines, .
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately; experience with CAD software like SolidWorks is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of machining processes and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and gauges for quality control.
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and machine adjustments.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to manufacturing environments.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $20.80-$21.84 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
