As Community General Manager, you will lead Financial Advisors within an Imperial Service Community. You will deliver appropriate products and solutions while building a capable, motivated team through proactive talent management. Your leadership will support effective operations, compliance, client experiences, and CIBC growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach Financial Advisors to deepen client relationships

Build talent through development opportunities and proactive coaching

Monitor business performance and implement action plans

Manage risk, operations, processes, controls, and compliance

Champion CIBC and develop community client relationships

Requirements

Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in valuable standing

Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada

Experience leading diverse, high performing teams

Passion for developing and coaching people

Ability to work on-site full-time in Orleans
