As Maintenance

Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance activities and help deliver reliable equipment performance. The work involves preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, alongside work orders, schedules, labour, and resources. You will also support secure operations, quality standards, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities
- Coordinate work orders, schedules, labour allocation, and resources

- Investigate failures and implement reliability improvements
- Monitor maintenance performance and identify improvement opportunities Requirements:
- Minimum eight years in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Three years of leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
