Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday (40 Hours) - Onsite With great customer service skills, you are happy to solve issues involving software and hardware Problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users 2+ years experience in an enterprise support environment ~ Robust knowledge of desktop hardware and peripherals, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. ~ Proficiency in Windows Workstations and Servers, InTune, Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and Active Directory. ~ Familiarity with MacOS and its integration into a Windows-based environment. ~ We are a large manufacturing company with many areas of the business.
