About Us
Top Dawg Roofing is an exterior construction company serving homeowners across Alberta: roofing, siding, cladding, gutters, windows, doors, and soft metals. Our mission is to raise the standard in the trades. It guides how we treat our customers, how we build, and how we work together as a crew.

The Role
We’re adding a General Construction Labourer to our in-house crew. You’ll support our installers on residential exterior projects, help keep job sites safe and clean, and learn the trade from people who take pride in doing it right. We’re not just looking to fill a spot. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow, learn what it means to raise the standard, and build something they’re proud of.

What You’ll Do

- Load, unload, and move materials on and around job sites
- Assist installers with tear-offs, roofing, siding, and other exterior work
- Set up and take down ladders, safety equipment, and site protection
- Keep job sites clean and organized throughout the day and at completion
- Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection
- Treat every customer’s home and property with respect

What We’re Looking For

- Someone who shows up. On time, every day, ready to work

- Pride in your work, even on the small stuff
- A willingness to learn and take direction from experienced crew members
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Able to work outdoors in Alberta weather
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation (asset)
- Fall Protection or Working at Heights certification (asset, or we’ll help you get it)
- No experience required. We’ll teach you the trade

Why Top Dawg
We believe the trades deserve better, and we’re building a company that proves it. We also believe in second chances. Your past doesn’t define you here. What matters is how you show up today and the effort you put in tomorrow. If you want to be part of something bigger than yourself, learn a skilled trade, and build a rewarding career where positive work is done and customers are taken care of, hit apply.

When you apply, include a short note about why you’re interested in this role and what you want to build in your career.
