We're looking for a Accounting Supervisor to support our finance team with accurate, on-time processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, Invoicing, and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Issue invoicing and conduct AR reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end or year-end close processes
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and improve financial practices
- Maintain costing and tracking AR and Profitability for each project

Required Skills

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills




- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Requirements Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
- CPA designation (prefered)

Experience

- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 1–3 years of supervisory or lead accounting experience preferred
