Majestic Minds Mental Health and Autism Services is an advanced support network that offers various resources and therapies to the Autism community. Our mission is to directly work with children and youth on the spectrum to help aid in their overall development, and well-being.

We are currently seeking energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who will work with clients in a fast paced environment to meet thier therapeutic goals.

Description

We are looking to expand our team of therapists in both part time and full time contractor roles, with opportunities for full time employment. Individuals will provide ABA therapy to our clients in small groups and in a 1:1 setting

We are currently seeking and enthusiastic and passionate individuals who:

· Demonstrate excellent written skills

. Ability to work in a fast paced enviornment and adapt to change easily

. Fun, energetic and passionate individuals who love working with children

· Follow and implement treatment and behaviour plans

· Ability to take initiative

· Ability to actively engage with clients of all ages and abilities

· Must have a college diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Autism and Behavioural Science or a related field (SSW, CYC,CYW)





· 6 months-1 year of experience working with children with special needs in a developmental or educational setting

· Willingness to work with clients across all environments

· G licence Driver with a clean driving record

· Knowledge of ABA methods preferred

· Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)

· Personal Liability Insurance

- Working with clients on in a 1:1 ratio or small group

- Implementing teaching methods based on ABA principles

- Work on individualized learning goals

-Data collection and graphing

-Engage in play-based learning

-Engaging clients in a natural teaching environment.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
