Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and confident Co-op Marketing Associates to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing and business development. This role includes both fieldwork and digital marketing, with a focus on onboarding local businesses onto the Teustar platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach local businesses (restaurants, services, retail)
- Conduct in-person meetings and pitch Teustar services
- Generate leads and convert them into active partners
- Support B2B and digital marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Meet weekly targets and report progress





Requirements

- Enrolled in a Business / Marketing / Management program (Co-op eligible)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in face-to-face business interactions
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Basic digital marketing knowledge (preferred)
- Own transportation is an asset
