Reporting to the Inplant Supervisor, this technician supports ink operations through colour matching, mixing, preparation, and quality control testing. The work includes inventory coordination, troubleshooting, reporting, and collaboration with Sales and CTS teams. Shift rotation flexibility is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Match colours for customer-specific ink requirements
- Mix and prepare ink for production needs
- Conduct quality control testing against customer specifications
- Coordinate and control inventory levels
- Complete reporting and troubleshoot operational issues

Requirements:

- Experience with X-Rite is an asset
- Manufacturing environment experience is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Punctuality, reliability, and ability to multitask
- Chemistry education or equivalent experience is a plus
