Personal lines insurance expertise drives renewals, servicing, and proactive customer communication at CMB Insurance Brokers. Support assigned accounts while guiding team service. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you work with Sales Executives under the Service Supervisor’s direction.

You manage renewal activities for assigned customers, serve as their primary insurance contact, and support brokerage growth. The position includes mentoring Customer Service Representatives and coordinating with underwriters, processing staff, and accounting. Your work follows CMB procedures, renewal systems, coverage reviews, and service policies.

You will also help develop client relationships through product and service discussions.

Key Responsibilities: Complete pre-renewal activities, updates,



and renewal presentations Review customer coverage annually using required checklists Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly Supervise processing accuracy and mentor Customer Service Representatives Maintain organized electronic and paper account records Requirements: Level 2 Licensed Insurance Agent qualification Membership in or progress toward C.I.P. or CAIB Three to seven years in commercial insurance Three to four years in customer service teams Agency Manager and Microsoft Office experience Bring renewal management, customer service, underwriting coordination, and team mentoring to personal lines accounts at CMB Insurance Brokers.
