Integrated Health Nurse Manager – Lead with Purpose

Working collaboratively with frontline Support Workers, families, regulated health professionals, and community partners, the Integrated Health Nurse Manager promotes inclusion, safeguarding, accountability, and quality support practices within community living environments.

This role combines frontline operational leadership with specialized knowledge related to medication management, delegated health supports, responsive support approaches, and individualized support planning.

What You’ll Do:

Residential Leadership & Operational Oversight

- Provide day-to-day operational oversight for assigned residential programs supporting individuals with complex health, behavioural, and support needs.
- Support implementation of person-directed services that promote dignity, choice, inclusion, and belonging.
- Coordinate daily operations including staffing support, scheduling coordination, documentation oversight, and program organization.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor residential environments to support safety, practice consistency, and service quality.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities and support urgent operational or health-related concerns as required.
