Evermore Group is looking for an experienced Interior Renovation Carpenter to join our team. Our projects include bathroom renovations, interior remodelling and residential improvements throughout Calgary and surrounding communities.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates clearly and can complete assigned work independently—from demolition and preparation through to finishing details.

What you’ll do

- Complete bathroom and interior renovations according to project scopes and layouts.
- Install wall and floor tile, including shower surrounds, backsplashes, niches and finishing details.
- Complete shower preparation and waterproofing according to the specified installation system.
- Install luxury vinyl plank, laminate, baseboards and flooring transitions.
- Install, repair, tape, mud and sand drywall.
- Complete minor framing, blocking, bulkheads and carpentry alterations.
- Install interior doors, casing, trim, shelving and other finish carpentry.
- Install vanities, cabinetry and bathroom accessories, coordinating plumbing connections with the appropriate trade.
- Complete caulking, touch-ups and final deficiency work.
- Protect clients’ homes and maintain a clean, organized job site.
- Communicate daily progress, material requirements and issues to the project manager.
- Coordinate with other trades to keep projects moving toward completion.

What we’re looking for

- Proven hands-on experience in residential renovations,



particularly bathrooms.
- Strong skills in tiling, flooring, drywall and finish carpentry.
- Ability to plan work, take accurate measurements and produce clean, consistent finishes.
- Ability to work independently and alongside other team members.
- Reliable attendance, skilled conduct and respectful communication with clients.
- Reliable transportation to project sites.
- Photos of completed work and references that demonstrate your experience.

Carpentry certification is an asset. Practical renovation experience and demonstrated workmanship are key considerations.

The role

You’ll work with our management team to understand the scope, confirm priorities and complete quality work within agreed timelines. We value people who identify issues early, communicate solutions and follow through on their commitments.

Position details

- Location: Calgary and surrounding areas; on-site work.
- Employment type: Full-Time
- Compensation: $50 an hour, based on demonstrated skills and experience.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Start date: November 2026
