Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and enhancing their overall experience with our services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong background in account management, and customer relationship management within the financial services sector.

Duties

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Onboard new clients by guiding them and ensuring a smooth start to their filing of various financial programs
- Manage client accounts effectively, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking client interactions and managing project workflows.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Conduct regular analysis of client feedback to improve service delivery and enhance client engagement strategies.




- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports on client engagement metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Experience

- 1+ years of experience in client relations, financial services, customer success roles, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Solid analytical skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Background in marketing is a plus, enhancing the ability to connect with clients on various levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
