The Glam Room is seeking a talented and personable hairstylist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our salon, you will provide exceptional hair styling services, deliver outstanding customer service, and create a welcoming environment for clients. Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and special treatments.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending hair care products suited to client needs.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon environment.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain styling options and maintain client rapport.
- Ability to upsell products and services tactfully while prioritizing client needs.
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
