Drive investment solutions growth from Toronto through proactive prospecting, financial market knowledge, and high-quality advisor relationships in a hybrid setting. As a Business Development Representative in Internal Distribution, you will identify and qualify Advisors and Financial Planners across National Bank’s branch network. You will promote NBI’s investment solutions through calls, emails, digital interactions, and marketing campaigns.

The position is permanent and full-time, with some travel potentially required.

Key Responsibilities: Initiate sales and business development contacts against activity targets Develop territories to achieve sales objectives and targets Create, execute,



and evaluate ongoing sales campaigns Deliver high-quality interactions with Advisors and Financial Planners Lead product and market training sessions Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance and three to five years’ experience Master’s degree in a related field and two years’ relevant experience IFC or CSC completed, or achievable within six months Prospecting, lead qualification, and self-starting ability Strong financial markets, listening, and communication skills Apply financial markets expertise, prospecting ability, and explicit communication to expand NBI investment solutions across Toronto’s branch network.
