The Investment

Specialist is responsible for processing investment transactions and trades, both timely and accurately. Communicates with advisors to obtain missing information and/or signatures required on investment applications Email wire order confirmation for application submission Transfer follow ups - ongoing updates to ensure current data is captured in the WealthServ system Works extensively with back office systems, WealthServ, as well as insurance carrier websites Results directly contribute to the performance of the team The position requires no direct supervision or coordination of employees, but may occasionally assist other employees by providing them with information Possesses specialized knowledge of investment products, specifically Segregated Funds Minimum of 5 years experience in the insurance and financial services industry Proven experience in Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of WealthServ an asset This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
